So not digging deeper into what is mental health rather lets see what is the necessary stuffs for a sound mental health.

How to boost your mental health-

First of all self love is very necessary for it so 1st will be

1.Respect and Value yourself

2.Surround yourself with good people( good people for your mental health not such kind of good people who will just judge you for your actions because our life is too small for being a perfectionist)

3.Break up the monotony.

4.Get help from other when you need it.

Exercise-

Mental exercises include the things which gives you the happiness like it can be dance ( beneficial for both body and mind), some creative craft works, Solving puzzles, mathematics( take care it should not be burden on your mind).Physical activity also releases endorphins, powerful chemicals that lift your mood and provide added energy, it can be a walk or cycling etc.

4.Foods-

Fatty fish rich in Omega-3s such as salmon, herring, mackerel, anchovies, sardines, tuna Nuts such as walnuts, almonds, cashews, peanuts, Avocados,Flaxseed,Beans,Leafy greens such as spinach, kale, Brussel’s sprouts,Fresh fruit such as blueberries. Etc.

Of course the food which provide you the ultimate goal life happiness.

Sleep-

My favorite, sleeping is the most effective way to fight with stress, just 7-9 hrs of sleeping are necessary for a sound mind and body To wind down, calm the mind, and prepare for sleep, try taking a warm bath, reading by a soft light, listening to soothing music, or practicing a relaxation technique before bed.To help set your body’s internal clock and optimize the quality of your sleep, stick to a regular sleep-wake schedule, even on weekends.

Prayer-

My personal faith lies in spiritual world, the magic, the powerful energy web after all we all are just energy and matter which Einstien said that both are interchangeable means energy is matter and matter is energy. So why to neglect a powerful universal magnet which is inside all of us which can attract everything by prayer. Just 5 minutes before bed and 5 minutes early morning invested in performing prayer to God can be a blessing to your mental health. Try thisss..

WHAT IS MENTAL HEALTH?

 According to W.H.O. mental health is a state of well being in which the individual realises his or  her own abilities, can cope with the normal stresses of life, can work productively and fruitfully and is able to make a contribution to his or her community.

MENTAL HEALTH AND WELLNESS:-

Mental health is one of the your greatest assets. It helps you in focused work, overcome obstacles, get along with the people around you and get well and stay well. Having good brain food and body food etc can bring more wellness it includes exercising, puzzles all these.

MENTAL HEALTH AND ISSUES:-

Mental health as indicated previously that it is the life only & if it is not in well mode can cause many issues like :

1.Anxity

2.Bipolar

3.Depression

4.Post Traumetic Stress Disorder.

5.Psychosis. Etc

Origin of the universe:

The most popular argument regarding the origin of the universe is the BIG BANG theory also known as expanding universe hypothesis. Edwin hubble in 1920 provided evidence that the universe is expanding and galaxies itself are expanding, as time passes galaxies are moving further and further apart, the big bang theory contains following stages in development of the universe-

(1) In the beginning, all matter forming the universe existed in one place in form of tiny ball(singular atom) with an small volume, infinite temperature and density.

(2) before 13.7 billion years from now this tiny ball exploded violently, led to huge expansion, as it grew some energy was converted into matter, within 1st 3 minute from big bang event the first atom began to form.

(3) Within 300000 years from the big bang temperature dropped to 4500Kelvin and gave rise to atomic matter. The universe became transparent.

(4) Hoyle gave an alternative to above theory “concept of steady state”. It considered the universe to be roughly the same at any point of time.

But scientific unit favours the expanding universe theory.
