Truely said by an anonymous speaker, clearly indicates that how mental health is very necessary for a human being to live (not for just exist). Mental health is something which is most sensitive stuff means can be disbalanced at any time if not controlled. Let us see it under following heads:-
WHAT IS MENTAL HEALTH?
According to W.H.O. mental health is a state of well being in which the individual realises his or her own abilities, can cope with the normal stresses of life, can work productively and fruitfully and is able to make a contribution to his or her community.
MENTAL HEALTH AND WELLNESS:-
Mental health is one of the your greatest assets. It helps you in focused work, overcome obstacles, get along with the people around you and get well and stay well. Having good brain food and body food etc can bring more wellness it includes exercising, puzzles all these.

MENTAL HEALTH AND ISSUES:-
Mental health as indicated previously that it is the life only & if it is not in well mode can cause many issues like :
1.Anxity
2.Bipolar
3.Depression
4.Post Traumetic Stress Disorder.
5.Psychosis. Etc
Conclusion:-
According to W.H.O. Depression is a common mental disorder , globally more than 300mn people of all ages suffer from depression so it is our work to spread a good awareness over how to cope with a mental depression so that mother earth’s childrens can be protected.
